More MySims confirmed (MySims Kingdom)

EA has lifted the lid on another Sims game for Wii and DS. And this one is all about adventure, discovery and exploration in the name of King Roland bringing life back into his kingdom. Check out the first screens of DS and Wii versions.

The Wii version features said Roland character who needs your help to make his kingdom a better place. The official blurb says you must help new and old friends discover new lands and build “to the limit of your imagination”. Sounds a little like Civ to us.

Guitar Hero III more than a cockfight (Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock)

Finally Activision does something selfless. From May 2 to May 5, Guitar Hero III will host a charity challenge competition (on easy, medium and hard), benefiting the Starlight Starbright Children’s Foundation. Activision will donate $1 to the charity for every participant and $100 for every 1000 points of a challenger’s individual score. The Starlight Starbright Foundation helps sick kids and their families cope with the suffering of illness through family activities and entertainment (these are the guys who put out the celebrity-studded Tuttles Madcap Misadventures game last year).
